The Urgent Care Center (UCC) is part of Memorial Hospital Pembroke and provides the quality care you and your patients expect. No Waiting for Patients You Refer
Your patients will be seen immediately when they arrive at the Urgent Care Center. Patients feel like V.I.P.’s, knowing their doctor called ahead and arranged prompt service and exactly the care they need.
Tests and Treatment
The Urgent Care Center is authorized to treat level 3 conditions such as stomach pain, ear aches, sore throats, pink eye, asthma flare ups, sports injuries, sprains, joint pain, lacerations, pneumonia, OB-GYN concerns, and other illnesses and injuries that require a single visit. Patients with more serious conditions are treated in the Urgent Care area, while minor conditions are treated in the Quick Care area.
Tests are done onsite at the Urgent Care Center. Patients get blood work results right away. The UCC has full diagnostic capabilities, including X-rays, 16 treatment bays in the Urgent Care area, and 7 exam tables in the Quick Care area. Nine Registered Nurses and three board certified doctors are on hand at all times. The staff speaks many languages, including English, Spanish and French.
You can request a follow-up report and lab results. Patients can receive a copy of their X-rays on CD if they choose.
